The Education Center is OCIA's searchable library of employer compliance documents and explainers — covering the topics that generate the most questions and the most penalties: ACA employer requirements, COBRA and continuation coverage, ERISA plan documents and notices, Section 125 plans, HIPAA, Medicare coordination, and the calendar of annual notices and filings.
