Let's look at your benefits program together.
A consultation costs nothing. A benefits program audit — including quoting the market — shows you exactly where you stand before your next renewal. Tell us a little about your business and a real person takes it from there.
Tell us about your business
Takes about two minutes. You'll get an instant on-screen confirmation, and a member of our team responds within two business days.
What happens after you hit send
- You'll see an instant confirmation on screen that we received your request.
- A member of our team — not a queue — reviews your note and responds within two business days.
- If you asked for an audit or quote, we schedule a short call to gather what's needed and set expectations.
What we need to quote a group
For most groups, quoting starts with an employee census — ages, zip codes, and coverage tiers. Two things to know:
- Our quoting guide walks through exactly what's required.
- The census template is ready to download and fill in.
Please don't attach census files here. Census data includes employee-level personal information, so after you submit this form we'll send you secure transfer instructions — protecting your people's data is part of the job.

Thinking about switching? Fair questions.
Can we keep the plans we already have?
Often, yes. A benefits program audit tells us whether your current plans are worth keeping — and we will say so if they are. Switching agents does not have to mean switching plans.
What does working with OCIA cost?
Our compensation comes through standard carrier commissions — generally the same commissions built into what you are paying today, whether or not anyone is currently earning them with service.
Do we have to join the Ohio Chamber?
Only for the Ohio Chamber Health Benefit Program. Everything else we offer is available to any Ohio employer — and if the Chamber program fits, our team walks you through joining.
We only have a handful of employees. Are we too small?
No. Small employers are the core of our practice, and group plans exist for businesses with as few as two employees — in some cases one. If a group plan is not the right fit, we will tell you what is.
Is there any obligation?
None. The audit ends with you knowing where you stand. What you do with that is up to you.
